Otaki College drama and dance students are excited to be performing their new production "BLIND DATE" on the 15th August at Otaki College Hall.

The play is written by Wellington based New Zealand playwright - Sarah Delahunty, and is directed by dance/drama teacher Anna Groves. BLIND DATE is guaranteed to make the audience laugh out loud. It is a hilarious story set in 1950 of 9 teenage girls who are are all in love with the same guy...a guy named Gary.

To kick off the show the year 10 drama students will perform an entree of short skits based on cheesy pick up lines, and during the play the senior dance class will perform their dance work "teen angst." You will not be disappointed if you step out on a cold night to see BLIND DATE - it will warm your hearts with it's fun, humour, playfulness, colour and great music.

The show will kick off at 7pm on the dot, with doors opening at 6,30pm. tickets are available at the student centre and there will be door sales. The cost is $5 per ticket (kids under 12yrs are free)
