Dear Parents/Caregivers of Ōtaki College students
Tena koutou katoa
SAFETY COUNTS!

To increase levels of safety for students at the college we are introducing pedestrian only times in the college grounds.  A newly installed barrier arm will be placed across the driveway, once the a new carpark is completed at the front of the grounds in September.  We would appreciate it if you would observe the following, even though the barrier arm is not yet being used.

Vehicle Free Times
8.30am to 9.10am Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9.30-10.10am Thurs
11.15am-12.00 Mon 11.05-11.55am Tues-Fri
1.30- 2.35pm Mon 1.25-2.35pm Tues-Fri
3.15pm to 3.40pm Mon-Fri

We apologise for any inconvenience but feel that the safety of students and the ability for them to move around the college freely during break times outweighs the need for cars to come into the college during these times.

If you have any need to clarify this please feel free to contact me.
